Your home is an investment and over times the little things begin toi pile up and look overwhelming. Handy Hands LLC was started to help you knock off your list of household jobs and keep your home in tip-top shape.
Are the estimates free?
Yes, I will visit your job location, review the job required and provide you with a worry free estitmate.
Do I need to purchase the materials on my own?
You can, but it is not necessary. I have access to local hardware stores and home improvement centers. I can pick up, deliver and install any materials you desire for the project.
How do I pay for services?
You can pay by check or cash when the work is complete.
Can I choose the material colors and manufacturers?
Yes! I leave the choices to you! You pick the paint colors or the material color. You can even choose the manufacturer if you desire. You can also leave the selection of the manufacturer to me. I only use high quality manufacturers.
How can I help to prevent sink or drain stoppages?
Provide drain screens to prevent large items or even smaller items like hair from going down the drain. Pour large amounts of oil or grease into other containers for displosal in the trash and not into your drains. Take items such as unsued vegetables and fruit and start a composte area.
Is changing a light bulb too small a job?
Absolutely not, if that is all you need, I'll do it. To save you both time and money I do suggest that you make a list of these small projects so that I can do them all in one visit.
What kind of work don't you do?
Although fully insured I can only work on jobs that do not require a license and are basically what is known as end of line work.
What happens if something goes wrong after I have paid for the work?
Give me a call and I will fix it at no charge, I warrant all our workmanship for 3 months. If you are beyond the 3 month warranty I can work out a reasonable price.
